These terms govern your use of the Evolo website at evolo.fitness and the waitlist. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. About Evolo
Evolo is an iOS fitness application currently in development / pre-launch. This website is informational and marketing material. Features, scores, pricing, and availability described here are subject to change before and after launch.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist lets us notify you about launch. It does not guarantee access, a specific release date, or a specific price. The founding-member discount is offered in good faith but is subject to availability and conditions determined at launch (for example, it may apply to paid premium features and may have an expiry). We handle the data you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated abuse, or submit other people's information to the waitlist without permission.
4. Intellectual property
The Evolo name, logo, copy, design, and content on this site are owned by Evolo and its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission.
5. Third-party services
Links to the Apple App Store and Google Play, and any third-party services, are governed by those parties' own terms. We're not responsible for third-party content or services.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
